What is Parcel Air Express?

Parcel Air Express is a courier service designed to significantly reduce the cost of international parcel delivery. It is a hybrid shipping solution with fast transit times, allowing you to ship to almost any destination around the world, for a great price.

This service is excellent value for money and there's no compromise on quality. Your parcel will be collected in the UK by a reputable courier, such as Parcelforce, then taken to a freight forwarder, where it will be sorted and dispatched overseas via another premium courier service, such as DHL.

Often our Parcel Air Express worldwide courier prices are a fraction of the amount that the more established shipping companies charge and the only sacrifice is usually an extra day or two on the delivery time.

Parcel Air Express tracking

You can track the parcel in full until it is delivered, simply by making use of your full PM order number provided at the time of booking and entering into our tracking tool, whilst if for any reason there is an issue you can make contact with our Live Chat team or raise a support ticket on your Parcel account.

This service provides very quick delivery time frames, whilst we also communicate freely with the courier and Freight Forwarder to resolve any issues you may have.

Another point to note here is that this is maybe the most flexible international courier service, and problems are easily resolved as they offer additional services such as repackaging if required, or they can remove prohibited goods and send the parcel on its way rather than simply return it straight away as many couriers do.

Collection and delivery times

Collections are made on weekdays by couriers such as Parcelforce between 8 am and 6 pm. When it comes to parcel delivery, DHL generally delivers the items during this time frame too.

If you use Parcel Air Express, transit times are pretty close to DHL Express around 2-5 working days depending on destination. Just add a day or two to the transit time. If you can accept this slight delay, the prices on offer are quite often half those of DHL.

These can be expensive locations to fly large parcels to, so for any heavy goods that need to be shipped, perhaps for those relocating or shipping to family abroad, our Air Express option would be an excellent candidate.

Customs and restrictions

Liquids, nail varnish and other items listed by Parcel are prohibited. You can send items up to around 70kg using this service.

Parcel provides any customs documents in the booking process, so be sure to provide a detailed overview of your parcel contents.

Always provide a local contact number for the recipient in case the courier needs to contact them.
